Mixing Instructions 

We recommend the following method of mixing :

1. Pour 2 oz (60 ml) of liquid to the fill line.
2. Add 1 or 2 pouches of Immunocal.
3. Seal and shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
4. Add more liquid, drink immediately.
